Author details are stored in our festival records and on the website where you have asked to be featured. Payment platform records remain with Fiverr or Upwork; we do not store card or bank credentials.
How information is used
To register you, publish your featured author page, schedule your session, promote your book, send festival announcements you subscribed to, and answer your enquiries. We never sell your data.

The site uses only essential cookies needed for it to function, plus optional analytics that help us understand which pages authors and readers use most. You can block cookies in your browser at any time.

Access to author records is limited to the festival team. We use reputable service providers and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
